Organized, efficient and empathetic 30-year-old service designer with natural skill and enthusiasm for the field and the opportunities service design presents in all the areas of business. Currently working as a service designer, social and health services consultant at CGI. Holds more than 5 years of work experience in social services and health care division. A valued and liked co-worker who is very capable of independently taking on the whole responsibility or being part of a bigger multi-disciplinary team. Familiar with looking at the big picture as well as taking care of the odds and ends. Understands the nature of limited resources - thanks to work experience in the public sector. Easy-going but also assertive when needed. Great people skills in every context. Loves horseback riding, diving and snowboarding by the way. Lives with her spouse and chihuahua in Southern Helsinki.
In December 2021 I graduated with a master's degree in Service Design and since May 2022 I’ve worked as a Service Designer, Social and Health Services Consultant at CGI. Besides the core studies my complementary studies included visualization, designing digital services, management and entrepreneurship. In 2016 I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Social Services. I've worked with mental health clients in Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Services of Helsinki - first in Aurora Hospital and then in Asumisen Tuki unit (the housing support office).
